NAS Jacksonville is the biggest employer around, and sailors and civilian staff call us for car lockouts in the lots outside the gate and at the apartments along Roosevelt Blvd and 103rd St. We do not go onto the base, so we meet you at the gate area or your off-base address, and we will need your ID and registration for any vehicle work.

Ortega and Venetia have some of Jacksonville's older estate homes with quality hardware worth repairing rather than replacing, while Lakeshore and Cedar Hills ranches often need a straightforward rekey or deadbolt upgrade. Can you come onto NAS Jacksonville to unlock my car?

We cannot enter the base, but we regularly meet people at the gate area and at the lots and apartments just outside it. Have your military or civilian ID and vehicle registration ready for the technician.

Usually within about 18 to 20 minutes from our Southside shop, either over the Buckman Bridge or via Roosevelt Blvd, and we will quote a realistic arrival window when you call.
