Our commitment
We Do Locksmith wants everyone to be able to find a locksmith, check a price and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for websites.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone: menus, accordions and links can be reached with Tab and opened with Enter or Space, and the focused element is always visible.
- Headings follow a logical order and every page has one main heading, so screen readers can jump through the content.
- Text and background colors meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio, including the orange call buttons and the blue footer.
- Every photo has a text description. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text can be resized to 200 percent and the layout reflows on narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
- Nothing on the site flashes, autoplays or moves in a way you cannot stop, and animations respect the reduced-motion setting.
- Links say where they go, phone numbers are real links that dial from a phone, and the site works without JavaScript.
- Every page carries a call button that stays on screen on phones, so the most important action never needs scrolling.
Known limitations
The maps on the contact and location pages are embedded from Google Maps, a third-party service whose controls we do not fully manage. The address next to each map is written out in text, so the map is never the only way to find a shop. If you find any other part of the site hard to use, we want to know.
You can always call instead
Everything this website does, our dispatchers can do by phone: quote a price, book a technician, or explain a service. Call (904) 578-7001 for Jacksonville, (813) 760-1060 for Tampa, or (407) 845-9946 for Orlando.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, email wedolocksmith@gmail.com or call (904) 578-7001. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix genuine barriers in the next site update.
How we check
Each release is tested with keyboard navigation, automated checks (Lighthouse and axe rules), and screen-reader spot checks on phone and desktop. The site uses plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript, with no third-party page builders.
