What we collect

When you call us, we receive the details you give the dispatcher: your name, phone number, the address or location of the job, and the vehicle or lock involved. Calls to our numbers may be recorded for dispatch quality and training. We keep job records, including the invoice, so we can honor warranties and answer questions later.

Website analytics

This site uses analytics tools to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. If you arrive from an online advertisement, tracking codes may attribute your call or form to that ad. None of this includes the contents of your call.

We also count taps on the phone buttons ourselves, so we know which pages lead to calls. That count records the page, the button, the shop, whether the device was a phone or a computer, and whether the visit came from search, an ad or a direct visit. It stores no IP address, no cookie and nothing that identifies you.

How we use it

To dispatch and complete your job, to send the invoice and any warranty information, to follow up about your experience, and to improve our service and advertising. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business, such as our dispatch and invoicing software, and only for that purpose.

Proof of ownership

Before opening a lock or making a key, our technicians check identification and proof that you own or are authorized to access the property or vehicle. We note that a check was made; we do not retain copies of your documents unless required for a specific job.

Your choices
