How it works

The discount applies to lockouts, car keys and fobs, ignitions, rekeys, lock changes, smart locks, commercial work and counter key copies, at any hour. It cannot be combined with other promotions, and the price quoted is still the whole price.

Who qualifies for the military discount?
Active-duty service members, reservists and National Guard, retirees and veterans, and their spouses and dependents. Show a military ID, a VA card or a DD-214 to the technician.
Does the discount apply to emergency calls?
Yes. It applies to every service we offer, at any hour, including lockouts and lost car keys. Mention it when you call so the dispatcher applies it to the quote.
Can you come onto NAS Jacksonville or Naval Station Mayport?
Our technicians can meet you at the gate or, where base access is arranged by you, come to your location. Tell the dispatcher which gate and we will coordinate. Housing areas off base are served like any other neighborhood.
Do you make keys for vehicles with out-of-state registration?
Yes. Many service members keep their home-state plates. Bring the registration in your name and a photo ID and we make the key like any other.
